Omarh believes that knowledge is power, so he does his best to educate his clients throughout the real estate process.

“I really want to educate them, especially if they’re a first-time homebuyer, because I feel like that will empower them to take those next steps towards home ownership.”

He says that responsiveness and communication are also vital components of the job, and he tries to meet the communication preferences of each individual client.

“Some clients just want a text or email every now and then, and some want a call every day. I try my best to listen to their needs and cater to those. I want every client to feel comfortable that they made the right choice by picking me.”

When he meets a new buyer, Omarh listens carefully to their real estate wants and needs.

“They often have an idea of what they want, and it’s my job to extract that information and formulate a plan and a strategy to get the job done.”

Omarh recalls one particular situation in which he did exactly that, for a single mom with two kids.

“She had been trying to get a house in a tough market, and she was starting to think it just wasn’t going to happen for her. By the time I met her, she had gone through three agents. She had put in more than 10 offers, and lost every single one.”

But Omarh brought his optimism and perseverance to the table, and helped make her a homeowner against all odds.

“We took some losses, but we finally got her into a house. When I handed her the keys, she just broke down crying. She was so happy.”

It’s those stories that make it all worthwhile for Omarh. He loves his job, and says he’s delighted to be part of the friendly and positive environment at #TEAMFAST.

“I just love what I do every day, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds.”
